TUM School of Management students from Heilbronn and Munich are highly satisfied with the teaching standards and study conditions in their management studies.
In the new ranking by the CHE Centre for Higher Education, they give their school the highest marks. The TUM School of Management receives top ratings in its subject. Students are particularly satisfied with the general study situation and digital teaching. Especially the TUM Campus Heilbronn receives five stars for its rooms and equipment on its modern campus.
In research, the School scores the highest marks in research reputation and is also in the top group in terms of research funding per scientist as well as doctorates and publications per professor.
The subject ranking also awards our faculty in Straubing a high research reputation and they also achieve top group rankings for research funding per scientist and doctorates per professor. Students in Straubing were not able to participate in the survey yet.
Overall, TUM School of Management was able to improve its ratings compared to the results from the last evaluation two years ago and received above-average ratings for all of the categories assessed by the survey.

The CHE compares individual subjects at German-speaking universities, this time in business administration/management. The ranking is primarily intended to provide orientation for prospective students. The focus is on the opinion of around 120,000 students surveyed. The universities are rated in numerous categories on a scale from one to five stars.
In their management programs overall, TUM receives at least four stars in all categories. For the "general study situation," students award four and a half stars. The same top ratings were given for the range of courses offered, the support provided by the lecturers and the organization of the studies. Especially at the Heilbronn Campus, TUM even receives five stars for their rooms and equipment on its modern campus.
The CHE rating proves once again, that the TUM School of Management delivers excellent research and teaching. The students value the study opportunities and variety of courses, which is reflected also in the extracurricular opportunities offered by the TUM ecosystem.
