David Quispe Guanoluisa is a Research Associate at the Associate Professorship of Energy Management Technologies, led by Prof. Dr. Christoph Goebel, at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Control Engineering from the National Polytechnic School and a Master of Applied Science in Machine Learning & Data Science from the University of Toronto.
His research interests encompass Deep Reinforcement Learning, Explainable AI, AI for Climate Change, and Industrial AI. He is actively involved in the INTELLIGENT project, which focuses on developing interoperable tools for network-aware, ledger-based local energy sharing and flexibility management, leveraging user engagement.
In addition to his research activities, David contributes to teaching at TUM, delivering lectures on "Machine Learning in Energy Management" and conducting labs in "Energy Informatics."
