TUM Professors provide the best startup support
Prof. Klaus Diepold, Prof. Markus Lienkamp, Prof. Hana Milanov, and Prof. Helmut Schoenenberger have been honored as 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 for their outstanding entrepreneurial activities at TUM.
The Unipreneur Awards are one of the most prestigious honors for scientists who dedicate their time and advice to startup teams at German universities. The jury selected 20 winners from more than 700 nominations submitted by young entrepreneurs.
Among the 20 winners are 4 TUM professors:

🏆 Prof. Markus Lienkamp, Chair of Automotive Engineering, Co-Director of the MCube - Munich Cluster for the future of Mobility in Metropolitan Regions
🏆 Prof. Hana Milanov, Chair of International Entrepreneurship, Board of Directors of the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) and professor at TUM School of Management
🏆 Prof. Helmut Schönenberger, Vice President for Entrepreneurship at TUM, CEO of UnternehmerTUM
Unipreneurs is an initiative of the investors Matthias Hilpert and Martin Schilling, the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft, the German Startup Association, the industry association Bitkom Events, and startupdetector.
The official patrons of the awards are the German Federal Minister for Economics and Climate Action Robert Habeck and the German Federal Minister of Research and Education Bettina Stark-Watzinger.
