The Master's in Management and Technology combines a rigorous academic foundation with the flexibility to shape your own path. Alongside core management modules and the core modules of your technology specialization, each student completes 30 ECTS credits of elective courses, allowing them to create an individualized academic profile. Whether you want to deepen your expertise, broaden your perspective, or develop skills in emerging fields, the program allows you to create a degree that reflects your ambitions and supports your long-term career goals.

The International Profile is ideal for you if you want to spend a semester abroad and take additional courses in Management and/or Engineering/Natural Sciences at your host university.

The Master’s in Management & Technology is both an interdisciplinary and a consecutive degree program. Its interdisciplinary structure combines management with engineering or the natural sciences, allowing you to develop expertise across traditionally separate fields. As a consecutive program, it builds directly on the academic foundations provided by the Bachelor’s in Management & Technology.
The program is designed to build on your existing knowledge while allowing you to develop your profile further. Depending on your academic background, you can deepen your existing expertise or develop a foundation in a new field. Students with an existing technical foundation can deepen their knowledge in this area (major), while students coming from a primarily management-focused background can build fundamental skills in a selected Technology field (minor).
The core of the program consists of the two areas of Management and Technology. In Management, you choose one of seven specializations currently offered. In Technology, you can choose from six specialization options, with the appropriate level of study determined by your previous academic knowledge. Some specializations are available 100% in English, while others require knowledge of both German and English.
