Maximilian Loosen is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of Clifford Chance and based in Düsseldorf. He advises national and international clients on commercial arbitration and litigation with a particular focus on supply chain disputes, data protection and artificial intelligence. In addition, Maximilian dealt with the legal framework of contracts that cover the exchange of personal data for service as part of his doctoral thesis.
